How For-Profit Revenue Funds the Foundation

Per-Transaction Fee

A small fee on every booking, sale, or transaction processed through Conejo Group entities flows directly to MurphsLife Foundation.

e.g., $5 per restaurant reservation, $10 per eco-resort booking
Annual Profit Pledge

A defined percentage of Conejo Group's annual net profit is pledged to MurphsLife Foundation via the Impact Funding Agreement.

e.g., 10–20% of net profit annually
IP Royalty / License Fee

Conejo Group PBC licenses the MurphsLife brand and IP to operating entities and pays a royalty fee to the Foundation.

e.g., 2–5% of gross revenue from licensed brand use
All three mechanisms must be formalized in the Impact Funding Agreement between Conejo Group PBC and MurphsLife Foundation before any revenue flows.
